Peter joined ScienceSoft in 2017 as a Senior Business Analyst. His solid foundation in the field quickly paid off – Peter soon moved up to the role of Lead Business Analyst. Over the years, Peter has built profound expertise in the ecommerce domain. Among the large-scale ecommerce solutions engineered with Peter’s involvement are a luxury fashion webstore with integrated product and content management capabilities and a shipping services marketplace for a multi-entity enterprise focused on international trade.

However, it was Peter’s curiosity for emerging technologies and strategic mindset that gradually drew him toward the realms of R&D and presales. Peter excelled at translating high-level client ideas into practical requirements and well-defined solution visions that drive measurable business results. His analytical mind, creativity, and collaborative spirit made him a key contributor in presales engagements, where he turned complex ideas into actionable roadmaps. Recognizing his passion, Peter decided to fully focus on presales and R&D business analysis.

In the Presales Consultant role, Peter collaborates with ScienceSoft’s potential clients to uncover their business needs, design workable solutions for them, and prepare tailored proposals. Having a good grasp of both business processes and delivery dynamics, Peter ensures that ScienceSoft's offerings are aligned with the unique situation of each client and reflect accurate cost and time estimates. His ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear plans contributes to seamless communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

On the R&D business analysis front, Peter partners with ScienceSoft’s cross-functional teams to analyze clients’ challenges and design complex, non-trivial solutions that transform business operations and support strategic growth. Peter's commitment to innovation positions him as a valuable asset in driving ScienceSoft's development projects focused on advanced technology. His prominent solutions here include an AI-supported quality control system for drilling equipment manufacturing and a shopping mall navigation app powered by augmented reality.

Peter holds a range of business analysis certificates, including the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certificate. With previous experience working as a business analysis coach, Peter conducts internal training for ScienceSoft’s business analysts, acts as a mentor for junior BAs, and contributes to the continuous development of the company’s BA expertise.

Peter is actively involved in the technology community, participating in IT conferences, meetups, and discussions. His presentation on real estate tokenization at Crypto Expo Dubai 2024 drew much interest from the conference audience.
