L1/L2 Support Engineer (Dutch)

We are looking for a L1/L2 Support Engineer to provide technical support to our customers via phone, e-mail and other support channels.

Your responsibilities

  • Respond daily to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide customers with timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Establish remote sessions to assist customers with troubleshooting.
  • Maintain clients' systems.
  • Answer questions from customers about the features and capabilities of the system.
  • Prepare descriptive documentation for new features.
  • Create a knowledge database.

Your skills and experience

  • English B2 level and higher.
  • Dutch B2 and higher.
  • Good communication skills, experience in business correspondence.
  • Proactive position, strong sense of empathy with customers using our products.
  • Experience with database management systems (MySQL, MS SQL) and Jira, SVN, MS Application Server IIS.
  • Basic level of SQL, XML will be a plus.
