Senior Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced account manager to join the team. You will be helping to strengthen relationships with customers of our IT company. We work with customers from all over the world, but most of them are medium and large companies from USA, Canada, Europe and UAE. For example, we have worked with Viber, Nestle, and eBay.

Your tasks

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with the company's clients.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of interaction with client companies.
  • Collect feedback and recommendations from clients on completed projects.
  • Agree new contracts and changes to existing ones with clients.

Your knowledge and experience

  • 5+ years experience in account management or B2B sales.
  • Education in economics, business or technology will be a plus.
  • Effective communication and management skills.
  • Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication with customers.
