Senior Account Manager

We are looking for candidates to fill the Account Manager position within a well-established IT Services Company with offices in the USA, the UAE, and the EU. Your responsibility will be managing a diverse and growing base of accounts worldwide.

Requirements

3+ years experience in sales, business development, or account management in IT.
Account management and relationship-building skills.
Education background in the areas of business, economics, or technology is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English/Russian.
High level of discipline and attention to detail.
Experience working in the healthcare domain is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

Maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with clients.
New sales to existing clients.
On-going issues solving (performance, personnel, contractual issues), orchestrating. relationships between a client and internal teams.
Payment control, contract tracking.
