ScienceSoft obtains silver level accreditation from IBM

September, 2015 – ScienceSoft becomes one of the 10 companies in the world to receive IBM’s silver level accreditation in Security Intelligence - QRadar SIEM.
IBM offers a truly extensive range of “Practice Accelerators” – accreditation programs that help software and IT services providers across the globe to make a quick leap forward. Those who succeed in completing a program gain IBM’s recognition and obtain a bronze, silver or gold accreditation. Lightened up with ambitions and enthusiasm, ScienceSoft, a long-established partner of IBM, made its step towards a new challenge.
ScienceSoft has participated in the Security Systems Practice Accelerator, which is one of the most demanding accreditation programs offered by IBM. It involves advanced training, available only for those organizations whose tracks of records on the market were completely scrutinized and passed IBM’s requirements.
Having a great experience behind its back, ScienceSoft got easily admitted for IBM’s Security System program and proceeded to a complex training. As a final proof of competence QRadar specialists had to pass a mandatory certification test and present 2 latest QRadar SIEM projects of their home company – and ScienceSoft team aptly coped with both of these tasks, definitively convincing IBM that they offer quality security solutions.
Throughout its 5 years of experience with security services, ScienceSoft was able to carry out intricate SIEM projects for a government agency, oil supplier and customers from industries that demand fundamental dedication and responsibility, e.g. banking and healthcare. Besides that, ScienceSoft has developed an unofficial Health Check Framework for IBM QRadar SIEM (now QLEAN) which helps to monitor the status of an IBM QRadar deployment.
