Now We Hold Suite Certification – ITSM Professional

Being a Premier ServiceNow partner, ScienceSoft’s ServiceNow team proudly presents a newly attained competence, namely Suite Certification – ITSM Professional.

The ITSM Professional competence is the most advanced certification to attain on the IT service management learning path. To achieve it, a specialist is required to hold one regular certification (called Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management) and three micro-certifications dedicated to Performance Analytics, Agent Intelligence and Virtual Agent.
