Hadeel joined ScienceSoft in 2025 as a Senior Business Analyst and Healthcare IT Consultant. With over 15 years of experience, she connects her clients’ business goals to practical, impact-driven healthcare solutions.

Hadeel leads cross-functional teams across time zones and works closely with ScienceSoft’s architects, UX specialists, and software engineers to shape technologically feasible, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions. She also actively mentors junior analysts and contributes to the improvement of BA practices, templates, and standards.

Hadeel is actively engaged in diverse healthcare- and AI-centric projects, including clinician scheduling and capacity planning for multi-site practices, specialty care solutions (orthodontics, eye care) with patient and staff workflows, RFID-enabled tracking, analytics for operational and clinical insights, as well as various AI-powered agents for patients, physicians, and the administrative staff.

Hadeel champions responsible, outcome‑focused AI adoption. She collaborates with data scientists to align use cases with measurable objectives, define acceptance thresholds, and plan for monitoring and change management. Her working knowledge covers ML/NLP evaluation concepts, data quality controls, pipeline handoffs, and drift‑aware operations, with privacy and security by design for HIPAA- and GDPR-regulated environments.

Hadeel’s academic and professional credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Hashemite University (2005–2009); a Healthcare Consultant Certification from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (2020); and a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence from North Texas Leadership Development Academy (2021). This unique multi-disciplinary foundation allows her to collaborate effectively with clinicians, data scientists, and software engineers, validate vendor claims with evidence, and guide initiatives to remain ethical, compliant, and measurable in value.

Beyond technical expertise, Hadeel is a certified Happiness and Wellbeing Consultant. She believes in leading by example, fostering positive work environments, and merging productivity with emotional intelligence. She is equally passionate about coaching others, simplifying complexity, and empowering teams to thrive.
