Tim Grigoriev

My role is all about getting ScienceSoft's prospects’ needs right from the very start. I'm here to figure out how our team can best help them with our skills and knowledge.
Presales Director,
ScienceSoft

For over ten years before coming to ScienceSoft, Tim had worked as a Business Development Manager in the IT industry. In this role, Tim performed a variety of duties, from shaping a company’s high-level strategy to improving internal and customer-facing processes. At one of his previous jobs, Tim thoroughly planned and implemented project management, sales and presales processes. During that period, he developed a strong interest in the art of presales. In 2021, Tim decided to focus exclusively on this field and came to head ScienceSoft’s presales department.

As a Presales Director, Tim manages the first interactions between ScienceSoft and its prospects. His team is responsible for eliciting requirements and coordinating the design of our service offering. Tim firmly believes that no two companies share the same business needs, so each solution ScienceSoft proposes must be unique and tailored specifically to a particular prospect.

Tim highlights the importance of establishing a relationship of trust and care with prospects from the very start. He openly communicates the opportunities and challenges of each project and always takes time to ensure ScienceSoft can mitigate the potential risks. Tim's work is guided by a genuine commitment to delivering the maximum value to our clients.

I know that by the time prospects get proposals from potential vendors, they have already shortlisted the teams they trust and feel comfortable working with. So, along with our technology qualifications, personal attitude and transparent communication play a key role in this process. I always strive to establish a good rapport with our prospects, showing that ScienceSoft will be on their side throughout the cooperation and consistently deliver on all agreements.
