The Customer needed a purchase management solution to streamline the procurement process of medical devices and supplies.
Solution
ScienceSoft’s healthcare app development team created a purchase and order tracking application to help the Customer efficiently view, approve and manage purchase transactions.
The solution keeps track of purchase-related information via the Item form and gives the user access to vendor details such as Contacts and Location. The user can also enter and edit order data via the ‘Purchase Orders’ form. Before sending an order to the vendor, managers should approve it in the ‘Purchase Order Approval’ form.
The extended search feature allows users to instantly find the necessary information. The solution also provides the Customer with a reporting feature for managers to get a detailed overview of previous transactions in specific timeframes.

The Customer received a straightforward and secure procure-to-pay management system, fully compliant with strict hospital system policies. The resulting solution allows users to manage purchase-related data, navigate through order records and get detailed purchase reports for specific time periods.
