The Customer is CoolBitX, a Taiwan-based blockchain security company that offers reliable cold-storage solutions for crypto asset management and storage powered by advanced security capabilities. Today, CoolBitX’s cold cryptocurrency wallet, CoolWallet, serves over 300,000 users globally. To better meet their customers’ needs and keep ahead of the competition, CoolBitX continuously improves the design of their products, equips them with new decentralized security features, and increases the range of supported crypto coins and tokens.
CoolBitX wanted to integrate their core crypto wallet with the NEAR network for the wallet to support the NEAR coin and was looking for a vendor with proven expertise in blockchain software development.
SDK Development to Integrate CoolWallet with NEAR Protocol
ScienceSoft covered the end-to-end development of SDK to enable the communication between the crypto wallet by CoolBitX and NEAR Protocol. Working in close collaboration with the Customer’s team, ScienceSoft’s blockchain experts thoroughly analyzed the crypto wallet integration needs and came up with a clear, step-by-step project plan.
ScienceSoft’s team started with introducing comprehensive technical documentation on the operating capabilities of the NEAR network for the Customer. Particularly, the team documented the architecture of NEAR smart contracts and transaction processing algorithms used in the network. This helped to ensure the SDK covered all important integration aspects and specifics of transacting in the NEAR network.
CoolBitX SDK by ScienceSoft was designed to provide a range of ready-to-use functions to facilitate and speed up the crypto wallet connection to the NEAR network. The key tools ScienceSoft introduced included:
