Ulad Nikalayenka is a Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in software development and delivery. He specializes in healthcare and wellness solutions for healthy aging, preventive care, and senior care.

Ulad started his IT career as an iOS developer and gradually moved into project delivery and team management. Over the years, his responsibilities have included project planning and estimation, technical decision-making, client communication, and resource coordination. This combination of technical and delivery experience now informs his work as a Project Manager.

On a long-running product, change is inevitable. I see my job as making sure we don’t react to every new request in isolation, but understand what it means for the product, the team, and the roadmap as a whole.
