Challenge

The Customer was engaged into the project for a media company with more than 1300 employees. The aim was to create a custom CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support client, personnel and process management.

To meet the project’s deadline, the Customer decided to involve additional experts.

Our team made a significant contribution to the CRM deployment and configuration processes. The project included Customers and Customer Service management, sales and orders lifecycle tracking, data migration as well as rich reporting implementation based on Microsoft Reporting Services.

Results

The end customer got a fully customized CRM system that allowed him to track working processes as well as build complex reports on company performance.

The project was finished on time and met all the requirements. It also got to the top 20 Microsoft-based projects.
