Throughout his 11-year practice, Pavel has participated in over 50 projects as an ITSM consultant, developer and team lead. Having started as a BMC Remedy developer, he gained a BMC Remedy AR System Skilled Professional certificate and later attained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification. Since joining ScienceSoft in 2012, Pavel has shifted his focus to the ServiceNow platform and acquired two ServiceNow certificates: Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management and Certified System Administrator.

At ScienceSoft, Pavel provides ServiceNow consulting to customers, cures their ServiceNow pains and coordinates ServiceNow development efforts by formulating and distributing tasks among development teams. One of Pavel’s recent projects dealt with infrastructure management automation for a global management consultancy with 8,000+ employees. Among other activities, it involved a complex integration of the company’s new ServiceNow Service Portal with Active Directory and a custom IT asset management system. The integration enabled manipulating user and computer data, mailing lists and software installations through the portal without contacting the ICT team.

Accumulating his vast ITSM and ServiceNow expertise, Pavel has contributed a lot to designing ScienceSoft’s proprietary ServiceNow implementation model. He made it possible for enterprises to gain the desired visibility into possible ServiceNow gains, risks and benefits to encourage them to choose a suitable ServiceNow implementation scope.

I never stop saying that, before any company starts to implement a new ITSM solution, they should first make sure every stakeholder inside their organization understands the goals pursued by this implementation. Otherwise, implementation outcomes will not be feasible.
