The customer is an Estonian bank specializing in consumer loans.

Challenge

The customer needed a solution that would ease and optimize the work of bank clerks in loan processing.

Solution

Experienced in banking software development, ScienceSoft was chosen to build a new loan management application. The delivered software solution included:

• The data storage and management module that were used by bank employees to manage users, accounts, different types of contracts (loan, investment, etc.).
• The web application for employees and clients that included “Back Office,” “Loan Ordering”, “Loan Management,” “Portfolio,” “Analytical Tools and Reports” modules. A user received a single-point access to multiple accounts in different banks.

Results

Having simplified the lending processes and increased transparency, the new solution streamlined back-office operations, as well as improved client onboarding and increased client satisfaction.
