Texas Methodist Foundation (TMF) is a nonprofit organization that offers investment management and financial services to United Methodist churches and institutions. TMF also provides grants and loans to support United Methodist churches and organizations in their missions. The foundation has been in operation for over 80 years and manages over $750 million in assets.
Inconsistent UI Design across Web Solutions
TMF has recently updated the UI design of its main website. The new look and feel were fresh and elegant but very different from the style of TMF’s financial portal. Understanding the importance of design consistency for seamless user experience, TMF was looking for a reliable UI design services vendor to adjust the financial portal’s UI.
Updating the Financial Portal’s UI
TMF’s financial portal is a multi-page, feature-rich resource for lenders and borrowers. Users can view recent payments, check their account balances, access loan statements, add new loans or investments, initiate approval processes, and more.
ScienceSoft provided a full-stack developer to adjust the portal’s UI according to the new style guide. Our developer got to work within a week after the Customer’s request.
The designer from the Customer’s side provided a new color scheme (with primary, secondary, and accent colors) and logos. As for the UI kit, our developer used Ant Design, an open-source library. In less than a month, he updated logos, colors, and fonts across all the web portal’s screens, and adjusted the back end correspondingly.
