• Enhanced supplier registration forms with advanced validation rules, reducing onboarding errors by checking tax IDs, banking details, and region-specific compliance requirements.
• A regional console for supplier data management by geography, enabling procurement teams to segment, analyze, and govern suppliers across multiple jurisdictions.
• A migration tool with guided workflows, modal windows, and routing logic for seamless and secure transfer of data (e.g., supplier records, contracts, purchase orders) from one system or module to another.
• A company settings update system with full change history, providing audit-ready logs of who modified what, when, and why.
• Improved OTP and password recovery mechanisms, making supplier access more resilient and reducing help desk workload.

In parallel, ScienceSoft’s engineers focused on platform stability and modernization by:

• Updating the front-end modules to use GraphQL queries and mutations instead of REST endpoints, enabling more efficient data queries and reducing network load for high-volume transactions.
