ScienceSoft and Vive Bien-Live Well App Team From UNM Health Sciences Center to Present at ICFSR 2026

Published:

ScienceSoft will join the UNM Health Sciences Center researchers behind the Vive Bien–Live Well app at the 2026 Intrinsic Capacity, Frailty and Sarcopenia Research Conference for Healthy Longevity (ICFSR), to be held March 10–12, 2026, in Washington, DC. The team will present their poster on Tuesday, March 10 (Poster ID: P034).

At the conference, Giselle Rodriguez de Sosa and her team will present the Vive Bien-Live Well app, a patient-facing decision support tool designed to promote healthy aging among more than 387,000 older adults in New Mexico. The app is part of the state’s Integrated Care for Older People (ICOPE) initiative that represents the first statewide effort in the United States to implement and evaluate the World Health Organization’s ICOPE framework in clinical practice.

The Vive Bien-Live Well app enables older adults to monitor changes in vision, hearing, mobility, memory, and nutrition, receive personalized care plans, and connect early with healthcare providers and community resources. By translating the WHO’s framework into a practical digital format, the initiative supports preventive care, preserves independence, and promotes age-inclusive public health at scale.

As the technology partner behind the Vive Bien-Live Well app, ScienceSoft will be available to answer technical questions about how the ICOPE framework was operationalized within the app’s workflows and user experience. Our team will be ready to discuss the app’s implementation approach, mobile architecture, scalability, HIPAA-compliant data handling, and feature-level adaptation of the ICOPE model.

About ICFSR 2026

The Intrinsic Capacity, Frailty and Sarcopenia Research Conference for Healthy Longevity (ICFSR) is an annual scientific event focused on aging research, frailty prevention, and the application of the Intrinsic Capacity framework in clinical and translational settings. The 2026 conference in Washington, DC, will bring together researchers, clinicians, and industry participants to discuss advances in healthy longevity, geroscience, and scalable prevention strategies. Poster sessions at ICFSR provide a forum for presenting peer-reviewed research and applied innovations in aging science.

If you are attending ICFSR 2026, we invite you to connect with Giselle Rodriguez de Sosa et al. and the ScienceSoft teams during the poster session on March 10.
