ScienceSoft Turns 36: Delivering Results Through Every Challenge

On April 12, 2025, ScienceSoft celebrated its 36th anniversary — a proud milestone in our journey as a trusted IT consulting and software development partner. Since 1989, we’ve successfully completed over 4,000 projects for more than 1,300 clients worldwide, staying true to our mission: delivering project success, no matter what.

Through global recessions, financial crises, the COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain collapses, tech market shakeups, and today’s economic uncertainty, ScienceSoft has remained a stable and resilient IT partner. Our goal is not just to stay strong — it’s to help our clients do the same. “You set the destination — we make sure you get there.” That’s more than a motto; it’s how ScienceSoft operates. Taking full ownership of our projects beyond just task administration, we are able to navigate growing technology complexity, manage emerging risks, and deliver with precision despite each project’s challenges and constraints.

In 2025, we made a transformative shift to align our internal structure even more closely with what matters most to our clients: clear, dependable outcomes. Instead of organizing around departments or standalone technologies, we now operate through three expert-led power centers:

• The Project Management Office, led by Paul Ilyusenko, ensures that every project is driven to success through proactivity, transparency, alignment, and decisive leadership of our PMs.

• The Architecture and Solutions Center of Excellence, under the leadership of Alex Ramasheuski, guarantees that every solution we build is not only secure and scalable but also engineered for maximum, lasting business value.
• The Technology and Competence Center of Excellence, headed by Mary Zayats, invests in the growth of our people — building the skills, tools, and culture that turn top talent into market-leading problem solvers and value creators.

These three units are backed by a dynamic and versatile pool of 600+ IT specialists — software and QA engineers, DevOps and security experts, data scientists, business analysts, UX/UI designers, and other essential IT experts. From this pool, project managers and solution architects assemble cross-functional teams centered around each project’s unique needs and goals.

Sharpening the Focus on Healthcare and Financial IT

While we continue supporting digital transformation across 30+ industries that our clients come from, we’re placing a sharp focus on healthcare and BFSI — two areas where technology must deliver both innovation and uncompromising reliability. With over 20 years of deep, hands-on experience in each domain, we’re uniquely positioned to lead technology initiatives in these sectors.
