Natallia Babrovich joined ScienceSoft in 2013 as a Business Analyst and Financial and Banking IT Consultant. Over time, she progressed to Senior and then Lead Business Analyst thanks to her structured analytical approach, consulting mindset, and consistent success in driving measurable results for BFS clients.

During her work at ScienceSoft, Natallia supported banks and financial service organizations by documenting requirements for custom software development and translating them into clear functional specifications. As a financial and banking IT consultant, she helped clients shape solution vision, improve digital processes, align stakeholder expectations, and ensure that delivered software solutions met operational, regulatory, and user experience requirements.

Natallia’s consulting expertise covered key banking domains such as internet and mobile banking, banking data analytics, and digital payments. She developed particularly strong expertise in mobile banking, where she helped banks design customer-facing apps with seamless user experience and plan advanced functionality, including intelligent chatbots and augmented reality features.

During her time at ScienceSoft, Natallia contributed to 20+ projects in banking and retail finance. One of her notable projects was the development of an iOS and Android mobile banking app that enabled customers to perform a wide range of personal finance operations and included AR-supported search features. The app received one silver and two gold awards in the “Best Mobile Banking for iOS” and “Best Mobile Banking for Android” categories.

Natallia also shared her expertise in financial IT solutions through ScienceSoft’s blog, helping educate business and technology audiences on emerging trends and practical use cases.

Natallia holds a PMI-PBA (Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis) certificate confirming her business analysis expertise. Her competencies as a Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner are validated by Scrum Alliance certifications.
