Millhouse 1889 is a New York based company with US and European offices that specializes in the development of SaaS solutions for the construction trades industry.

Challenge

The Customer decided to create an assistant tool that would help residential roofing sales teams in their day-to-day activities. The tool was supposed to work as a mobile part of an enterprise solution – the all-in-one most progressive management system for roofing contractors.

Solution

ScienceSoft iOS developers designed and prepared a complete solution supported by iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices that creates and tracks leads, as well as manages appointments and damage information for insurance claim work using the onboard camera. The app allows evaluating exterior damage using sketching tools and Google Maps shots, which makes it easy to convert leads into customers in a single appointment.

Results

Millhouse 1889 got a user-friendly tool that is fully integrated with the Customer’s enterprise solution. The app allowed Millhouse 1889 not only to increase loyalty among existed clients but also to broaden its client base with the new ones.

The project was finished within planned deadline and was published to the AppStore for free download. The app allowed roofing sales teams to significantly optimize their work and simplify the process of data gathering and processing.
