In the summer of 2019, ServiceNow altered their Partner Program and changed the names of their major partner tiers. According to these changes, the Premier tier equals the previously known Silver partnership tier. It means that the designated partner has enough capabilities and expertise to provide their services on a whole variety of ServiceNow products, including IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Business Management, Security Operations, Customer Service Management and HR Service Delivery.
Besides attaining the new partner recognition, ScienceSoft’s ServiceNow team has also extended their expertise by joining the ServiceNow Technology Partner Program. Earlier, we were only a member of the Services Partner Program primarily focused on ServiceNow service delivery. Now, we also plan to develop proprietary applications for the ServiceNow platform to publish them on ServiceNow Store and let our customers benefit from various ServiceNow functionality extensions.
In 2019, ScienceSoft dedicated a lot of effort to growing our technological and consulting expertise in the ServiceNow domain as well as expanding our presence on the ServiceNow market in the US. So, we are glad to see the fruits of this work at the end of this year and motivated to achieve even more in the coming year 2020.
