Dmitry joined ScienceSoft in 2024 as a Project Manager. By that time, he had already established himself as a seasoned Program and Project Manager with over a decade of expertise in IT project delivery and business development.

Dmitry’s experience leading large-scale technology projects for the fintech and banking industries became a valuable asset for ScienceSoft’s growing financial software engineering direction. As a Project Manager, Dmitry applied his knowledge to help clients implement innovative financial technology solutions while keeping project timelines, budgets, and risks under control. His hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies enabled him to identify the most practical management approach for each initiative, coordinate distributed teams, and mitigate delivery risks.

Dmitry’s strong performance on ScienceSoft’s financial software projects soon led to his promotion to Senior Delivery Manager, Finance. In this role, Dmitry leads complex digital transformation programs for ScienceSoft’s strategic clients in the lending, banking, and payment services sectors. He governs the delivery end-to-end, aligns technical execution with business objectives, supports predictable project performance, and helps clients accelerate time-to-value while maintaining operational stability and compliance. Dmitry’s tenure in delivery leadership includes managing cross-functional teams of up to 30 specialists and overseeing project budgets exceeding $1M.
