Senior Business Analyst (Financial Services / Process Transformation)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Financial Services / Process Transformation). 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Analyze existing operational processes and resource allocation models (As-Is)
• Design and document target operating models and processes (To-Be)
• Develop transformation roadmaps and actionable recommendations
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and documentation
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal consulting teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Consulting
• Proven experience in process transformation and operating model design
• Strong background in financial services (banking, credit unions, or FinTech)
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Process modeling (BPMN / UML)
  • Requirements and findings documentation
  • Tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Experience working with US-based clients
• Advanced / Fluent English (daily communication with senior stakeholders)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in consulting environments (e.g., Big 4 or similar)
• Background in analytics or BI
• Prior involvement in banking or credit union transformation programs

Work Conditions:

• Remote work with occasional onsite workshops in the US (Texas)
• Work schedule aligned with US time zones
