ScienceSoft is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Conduct discovery and analyze current business processes and systems
Elicit, formalize, and document business and technical requirements
Create user stories and define acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
Manage backlog, requirements refinement, and traceability
Collaborate with architects and development teams on solution design
Support knowledge transfer and documentation activities

Required Skills (Must-Have):

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise projects
Strong experience in manufacturing, ERP, or MES environments
Proven experience working with legacy systems and system modernization
Solid skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and workshop facilitation
Experience with BPMN/UML
Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, MS Office
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Fluent English (spoken and written, advanced level)
Willingness to work onsite in the US during the discovery phase

Nice to Have:

Experience with reverse engineering of legacy systems
Background in microservices or ERP integrations
Experience working in international teams
US client/project experience
