Senior Business Analyst

ScienceSoft is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery and analyze current business processes and systems
• Elicit, formalize, and document business and technical requirements
• Create user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Manage backlog, requirements refinement, and traceability
• Collaborate with architects and development teams on solution design
• Support knowledge transfer and documentation activities

Required Skills (Must-Have):

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise projects
• Strong experience in manufacturing, ERP, or MES environments
• Proven experience working with legacy systems and system modernization
• Solid skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and workshop facilitation
• Experience with BPMN/UML
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, MS Office
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English (spoken and written, advanced level)
• Willingness to work onsite in the US during the discovery phase

Nice to Have:

• Experience with reverse engineering of legacy systems
• Background in microservices or ERP integrations
• Experience working in international teams
• US client/project experience
