Senior Business Analyst

We invite a motivated and driven Senior Business Analyst with SQL skills and experience working in the Healthcare domain.

Our project

The customer is collaborating with Healthcare organizations to transform the calculation and reporting solutions. The objective is to transition from manual provider submissions to a more automated approach, utilizing data available in the Health Information Exchange (HIE).

We're on the lookout for someone who can dig into and understand business needs or ideas, put together a complete set of Product Requirements based on what they discover, and make sure it all aligns by validating it. Plus, we need someone skilled at taking that project scope and sharing it smoothly with both the Project team and the Customer.

Your responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
  • Elicit business and user requirements via workshops/meetings, analysis of competitive systems, and other methods.
  • Conduct Discovery and Analysis phases on projects.
  • Prepare all the necessary artifacts as appropriate, such as Vision and Scope documents, Consulting reports, SRS, Use cases, User stories, diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
  • Process requests for Proposals, including participation in the creation of commercial proposals and BA activities estimation.

Your knowledge and experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar position.
  • 2+ years in Healthcare projects in the portfolio, familiarity with Healthcare Regulator KPIs and HIE Information Systems and Technology.
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Reporting, advanced knowledge in SQL, NoSQL, XML, JSON, and Big Data.
  • Good knowledge of business analysis theory and the ability to effectively use it in the IT industry.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining business analysis documentation (Vision and Scope, SRS, Wireframe creation, User Manual, etc.).
  • UML and BPMN notations knowledge.
  • General understanding of architectural basics and common deployment methodologies.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (Advanced level).

A plus will be

  • Basic knowledge of project management.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities.
  • Experience in direct communication with end customers.
  • Readiness to conduct activities on site in the Gulf region.
