Network Engineer

We invite an experienced Network administrator to join our company. You will be able to work not only on the company's network infrastructure, but also on external projects. As an IT service company, ScienceSoft is engaged in a variety of projects, including the implementation, modernization, monitoring and technical support of IT infrastructure for foreign businesses.

Your responsibilities

• Designing network architecture.
• Managing network security.
• Network incidents resolution.
• Network devices configuration (routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN controllers).
• Network related activities on customers projects.
• Working with Windows domain services (AD, DNS, DHCP, NPS).
• Potential VoIP solutions configuration.

Your skills and experience

• Knowledge of Routers: Cisco ISR 29xx, ISR 44xx.
• Knowledge of Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Firewall Management Center (FMC), Firepower Threat Defense (FTD).
• Knowledge of Switches: Cisco, HP, Aruba.
• Experience with technologies: routing, switching, OSPF, BGP, STP, MST, VLAN, LACP, IPsec, SSL VPN, NAT, IPS, 802.1X, IPS, NTP, SNMP;
• Windows domain services understanding.
• General MS/OpenSource administrator skills.
• Pre-intermediate level of English.
• We expect you are a self-learning, careful, responsible team player.

Preferred skills

• Azure/AWS/GCP experience.
• Scripting on Linux, and Windows.
• VoIP knowledge.
• VMware ESX/ESXi (VMware vSphere, vCloud, HyperV).
