Arabic-Speaking Senior Business Analyst
The Senior Business Analyst should have a broad skill set that combines traditional BA responsibilities with a solid background in development, aligning them closely with a Systems Analyst role.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT Business Analyst/Systems Analyst position;
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline);
- Experience in hospital digital transformation or EHR/EMR implementation;
- Knowledge of digital health tools (EHR, telemedicine, AI in healthcare)
- Ability to translate clinical needs into technical requirements;
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal;
- Good knowledge of business analysis theory and the ability to effectively use it in IT industry;
- Experience in pre-sales activities;
- Experience in creating and maintaining business analysis documentation (Vision and Scope, SRS, Wireframes, User Manual, etc.);
- UML and BPMN notations knowledge;
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Understanding of various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
- General understanding of programing languages, understanding of APIs;
- Proficiency in SQL.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs;
- Evaluate digital solutions and suggest strategic and technological improvements;
- Communicate with existing/potential customers in fluent Arabic and English languages, including onsite communication in GSS (Mainly UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain);
- Elicit and document business and user and system requirements via workshops/meetings, analysis of competitive systems, and other methods;
- Conduct Discovery / Analysis phases on projects;
- IT Consultancy on the projects;
- Prepare all the necessary artifacts as appropriate such as Vision and Scope document, Consulting reports, SRS, use cases/user stories, diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
- Process requests for proposal, including participation in the creation of commercial proposals and BA activities estimation;
- Setting up new software development projects, including operations, budgets, communication;
- Overseeing up to three parallel software development projects.

- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s healthcare regulations:
- Ministry of Health (MoH) standards.
- SFDA, SCFHS, and CHI compliance.
- Data privacy and cybersecurity (NCA, NHIC).
