Let's discuss your needs

ScienceSoft created a portal on the ServiceNow platform to streamline collocation management of wireless infrastructure sites and to manage our site access requests, providing our partners with visibility and self-service. ScienceSoft’s team implemented the project on time and on budget, and we’re fully satisfied with their services.

Our cooperation with ScienceSoft was productive and transparent. The team quickly understood how important it is for us to maintain the reliability of our data processing ecosystem at the highest possible level and enhanced its architecture so that it is even more resilient and stable than before.

By working with ScienceSoft, we’ve been able to achieve exactly what we set out to accomplish with our strategy, and we recommend them as a trustworthy partner with skilled technical specialists on board.

I would happily recommend ScienceSoft to anyone looking for a transparent, reliable IT support vendor. They’re very effective and consistently meet all the required KPIs: we were guaranteed hotfix rollouts in under 24 hours, and they delivered on the promise.
