With more than 15 years of leadership experience in the IT industry, Wade oversees ScienceSoft’s operations and strategic growth across the Americas.

Wade led the launch of the company's offices in McKinney, Atlanta, and Mexico City, tripled the annual number of US clients, and helped position ScienceSoft USA among the Financial Times' Americas' Fastest-Growing Companies for five consecutive years.

Before joining ScienceSoft in 2015, Wade spent more than a decade in leadership roles across IT, financial services, and legal services. Working at the intersection of technology-intensive businesses and highly regulated industries gave him a practical understanding of how organizations evaluate technology investments, manage risk, and build IT solutions that create measurable business value.

As CEO at ScienceSoft USA, Wade works closely with clients, technology partners, and leadership teams to shape the company's regional strategy and ensure consistent excellence in delivery across engagements. He is responsible for expanding ScienceSoft's presence throughout the Americas, building long-term client relationships, maintaining high standards of delivery quality, and adapting the company's services to evolving market demands and local regulatory environments.

When time allows, Wade steps away from technology to perform with his bands, Texan Fool and Heartbreak Petty, paying tribute to John Mellencamp and Tom Petty. The values behind their music — authenticity, resilience, and substance over showmanship — closely mirror Wade’s leadership philosophy.
