Adoption of Sales Copilot at ScienceSoft
The implementation of the Sales Copilot did not require major changes to the existing Microsoft environment. ScienceSoft’s IT team integrated Azure OpenAI with on-premises SharePoint to ensure secure access to project files and added a Teams extension as the user interface. Role-based access management was configured to control data visibility and safeguard sensitive information.
Preparing Client-Ready Responses
When discussing potential projects with prospects, sales teams need to quickly demonstrate ScienceSoft’s relevant experience and propose a clear path forward. Previously, sales representatives had to spend considerable time searching through a database of more than 3,500 case studies or contacting the marketing team for support.
Now, the process is handled by the Sales Copilot directly in Teams. A sales manager can submit a short query describing the client’s request, and the Copilot instantly generates a polished draft message. The response typically begins with a short summary of ScienceSoft’s expertise in the requested domain, which sets the context for the communication. It then highlights a carefully chosen set of case studies pulled from the company’s internal database, ensuring that the examples are both relevant and credible. Alongside the case studies, the tool suggests a sample sequence of next steps — from arranging an introductory call to planning a discovery session — which helps sales representatives guide prospects through the early stages of cooperation in a structured and confident way.

With this functionality, Sales Copilot eliminates the need for manual compilation and editing of experience summaries, speeds up response times, and allows sales managers to focus on tailoring their communication to the specific client’s context.

As a result, the first communication with a prospect has become faster to prepare, richer in content, and more consistent across the sales team.
