Your responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s financial metrics and resource-related indicators for specific cost centers:
    • Analyze labor market conditions and competitors' situations through research tools, open-source data, and available information.
    • Develop and implement cost management strategies (salary tables, campaigns, checking, and making necessary adjustments, etc.).
    • Analyze, set, and monitor KPIs, involve cross-functional teams to achieve them.
    • Maintain reports on resource load and budget usage, required for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of cost center activities:
    • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction or efficiency improvement while maintaining quality standards.
    • Identify areas for process improvements and take actions to enhance productivity and financial efficiency.
    • Participate in long-term planning to forecast needs and assess readiness for the cost center.
    • Collaborate with departments to coordinate joint activities and use resources to achieve common goals.
    • Work with cross-functional teams or committees to ensure alignment and effective communication company-wide.
  • Coordinate resource-related workflows:

    • Define and ensure cost-effective methods and conditions for hiring/termination, mandatory and social packages, schedules.
    • Communicate contract conditions, ensure timely renewal/termination.
    • Monitor resource development, certifications, and training.
  • Plan and monitor staffing and resource allocation in line with the company strategy, budget constraints, and the current labor market:

    • Develop and implement hiring/termination plans and personnel distribution to ensure resource availability.
    • Forecast staffing requirements, define necessary investment, training, and performance evaluation, monitor planning and implementation of resource development activities considering required experience and skills.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and resource suppliers, negotiate favorable conditions and prices.
  • Develop initiatives and manage the corresponding budget to:

    • Achieve planned and/or required metrics and indicators, including staff size, experience, and skills.
    • Reduce cost center expenses or improve efficiency.

Your knowledge and experience

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Willingness to travel to Europe (required)
  • HR experience
  • Financial analysis, planning, and modeling skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate
