Your responsibilities
- Manage the company’s financial metrics and resource-related indicators for specific cost centers:
- Analyze labor market conditions and competitors' situations through research tools, open-source data, and available information.
- Develop and implement cost management strategies (salary tables, campaigns, checking, and making necessary adjustments, etc.).
- Analyze, set, and monitor KPIs, involve cross-functional teams to achieve them.
- Maintain reports on resource load and budget usage, required for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure the effectiveness of cost center activities:
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction or efficiency improvement while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify areas for process improvements and take actions to enhance productivity and financial efficiency.
- Participate in long-term planning to forecast needs and assess readiness for the cost center.
- Collaborate with departments to coordinate joint activities and use resources to achieve common goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams or committees to ensure alignment and effective communication company-wide.

Coordinate resource-related workflows:
- Define and ensure cost-effective methods and conditions for hiring/termination, mandatory and social packages, schedules.
- Communicate contract conditions, ensure timely renewal/termination.
- Monitor resource development, certifications, and training.

Plan and monitor staffing and resource allocation in line with the company strategy, budget constraints, and the current labor market:
- Develop and implement hiring/termination plans and personnel distribution to ensure resource availability.
- Forecast staffing requirements, define necessary investment, training, and performance evaluation, monitor planning and implementation of resource development activities considering required experience and skills.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and resource suppliers, negotiate favorable conditions and prices.

Develop initiatives and manage the corresponding budget to:
- Achieve planned and/or required metrics and indicators, including staff size, experience, and skills.
- Reduce cost center expenses or improve efficiency.
Your knowledge and experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Willingness to travel to Europe (required)
- HR experience
- Financial analysis, planning, and modeling skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate
