Middle Project Manager

We are expanding our team and inviting an experienced Middle Project Manager to join us.

Your responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple IT outsourcing projects while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, define project scope, and develop custom solutions to meet their needs.
Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
Identify and mitigate project risks specific to IT outsourcing projects.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, both internal and external.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT outsourcing and project management, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in project management within the IT industry, focusing on outsourcing medium-sized projects.
English level: B2+.
Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, particularly in the context of IT outsourcing. Knowledge about the Waterfall model with a fixed budget would be an advantage.
Proficiency in project management software and tools commonly used in IT outsourcing projects, such as Microsoft Project, and JIRA.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or additional certifications in project management, IT outsourcing, or related areas would be an advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members at all levels.
Experience in distributed team management is desired.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities, particularly in the context of complex IT outsourcing engagements.
Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with a strong customer service orientation.
Involvement in RFX and pre-sales activities.
