ScienceSoft marks the first anniversary of its technology partnership with Tarian, one of North America’s fastest-growing providers of integrated protective services. Serving aviation, healthcare, energy, and other high-reliability sectors, Tarian delivers uniformed guarding, security technology and systems integration, risk advisory, and preparedness training.
As Tarian continued its rapid expansion, the company sought a more scalable, cost-efficient model to support its office IT systems. To maintain operational speed and high service standards, Tarian chose to transition from in-house IT staffing to a partnership with a vendor capable of providing end-to-end support backed by broader expertise across IT and security.
Tarian engaged ScienceSoft to deliver 24/7 L1–L2 employee support across its back-office systems. Over the first year, the collaboration, which was structured around monthly ticket volumes rather than fixed support headcount, produced measurable improvements:
- 4× faster issue resolution thanks to IT workflow automation and complete network mapping.
- <30-minute first response time for emails and 97% call acceptance.
- 4.5 CSAT reflecting consistently positive employee experience.

ScienceSoft now handles up to 500 tickets per month via email, phone, chat, and ServiceNow, enabling Tarian to scale IT support efficiently as its operations grow.
Building on the success of the initial support engagement, Tarian expanded the partnership to include managed IT services, SharePoint migration, security assessment, policy review, and infrastructure assessment, further strengthening the reliability and security of its digital workplace.
