The Client is an accounting and payroll software developer with 35,000+ clients. It needed to move the accounting system from desktop to web and cloud (Azure) as a SaaS. The new architecture fully supports previous functionality and provides additional features such as e-payments, automated tax calculation and online subscription service. The solution also allowed to lessen the operating cost through placing audit log in a low-priced Azure Table storage.

For more than two years, ScienceSoft provided L1 help desk services to the employees of a consulting company operating across multiple regions and time zones, resolving 60% of all incoming tickets at L1.

During the lasting cooperation, ScienceSoft has assisted the Client in upgrading their Magento website up to a newer version, fixing urgent store issues, and extension installation.

To make a complex financial audit web app reliably perform on mobile devices even without internet connection, ScienceSoft’s team migrated the app to iOS using Cordova. Migration was complete in under 2.5 weeks.

As part of 3-year cooperation with an asset management service provider, ScienceSoft performed black box and gray box testing of 10 public IPs and a web application. ScienceSoft's team helped with vulnerability remediation and, after retesting, issued attestation letters, proving the Customer's high security level.

For a year, ScienceSoft has provided 24/7 L1–L2 employee support to Tarian, one of the United States’ fastest-growing security companies. Our team handles up to 500 cases monthly with a 30-minute FRT and a call acceptance rate of about 97%.

Managed analytics services that ScienceSoft provides allow a management consultancy to get valuable insights from the 10-year history of data.

To help the Client prepare for PCI DSS and SOC 2 compliance audits, ScienceSoft performed gray box penetration testing of 4 web applications, the external network perimeter and the internal network, and simulated phishing attacks at 70 employees.

ScienceSoft carried out an OWASP TOP 10-based web application penetration testing to shed light on the customer’s security state.

ScienceSoft’s security testing team performed penetration testing of the firewalls for a US licensed consumer reporting agency. The security engineers managed to bypass the firewalls and made attempts to identify the services running behind them.
