• To have user friendly interface and easy-to-understand logic, which would allow authorized users to edit complex forms quickly;
• To be supportable by any popular user devices (such as laptop, PDA, tablet PC, etc.);
• To have possibility to include not only text, but also audio, video, images and diagrams in the forms;
• To allow for validation and sophisticated workflow;
• To allow users can work offline; but synchronise with others for updates automatically on re-connecting to the Internet;
• To have high level of security - data should be encrypted and access must be limited to authorised users only.

Back Office Application

Back Office Application is a web application, which is designed for three levels of users: system users, members, and administrator. Users of the application are able to submit info through contact us/feedback and make charter requests. Members of the system can enjoy the following additional benefits of managing profile, booking flights, viewing transactions' details, and generating reports on payments and flights. Administrator can manage accounts and reservations, view current status, create reports.
