Nikolay Kurayev, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kurayev joined us in 1997. He is responsible for overall management of ScienceSoft's day-to-day operations. He did his postgraduate studies at Minsk Institute of Informatics & Radioelectronics for computer modeling and optimization of high-frequency vacuum electronic devices.

Mr. Kurayev holds a Masters degree with Summa Cum Laude status of the Minsk Institute of Informatics & Radioelectronics. He has published more than 10 scientific papers on computer modeling of vacuum electronic devices.

Boris Shiklo, Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Shiklo joined us in 1997 and since then has been greatly contributing into its development and formation as one of the leading software development companies in Belarus. Mr. Shiklo is responsible for all development efforts.

Boris gained extensive experience in research and development at the Belarusian State University.

Valentina Borokha, Chief Financial Officer

As chief of accounting department Valentina is in charge of financial stability of our company.

Prior to joining Science Soft in 1992, Mrs. Borokha served in various financial positions in several publicly held companies.

Mrs. Borokha holds a BS Degree in Moscow and brings to our company 20 years of experience.

Ulad Radkevitch, Director of Marketing, Sales and Business Development

Ulad resumed his career at ScienceSoft in 2008, after having accomplished a full-time PhD programme at RSM Erasmus University (The Netherlands), a top European business school. As a director of marketing, sales and business development Ulad is responsible for expanding ScienceSoft presence in the global IT market and promoting its competencies.

Ulad graduated cum laude with an MA in international economic relations from the Belarusian State Economic University (2000) and worked for several IT outsourcing companies as a marketing and business development manager. Prior to starting his PhD engagement, Ulad launched the IT outsourcing business at ScienceSoft in 2003.

He has published over a dozen academic and business papers on offshore IT outsourcing, online procurement of services and online IT marketplaces and defended his thesis in October 2008.

Alexander Murashko, Development Department Director

Mr. Murashko joined ScienceSoft team at the end of 1997 as a junior programmer. Moving up the career ladder he gradually reached the position of the project manager in 2006. After holding this position for two years he was appointed Development Department Director.

Alexander Murashko graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.

Andrei Mikhailau, Software Testing and Quality Assurance Director

As director of software testing and quality assurance at ScienceSoft Inc Mr. Mikhailau is in charge of all testing activities as well as devising and implementation of management strategies and process improvements within the organization. He ensures that all releases have all necessary project artifacts created, reviewed, approved and kept in a version controlled system. Mr. Mikhailau is also responsible for the company’s certification procedures.

Prior to joining ScienceSoft Mr. Mikhailau held a number of managerial positions in various companies. He graduated from the Belarusian National Technical University in robotics and automation of information processes.

Vladimir Stepuro, Director of Human Resources Department

Mr. Stepuro joined ScienceSoft Inc in 2007 bringing in significant experience in managing human resources. He is responsible for the HR department management, personnel recruitment, employees’ performance evaluation, their training and development, cooperation with higher education establishments, HRM business procedures development and implementation.

Mr. Stepuro holds a BS Degree from the Belarusian State Economics University.

Dmitry Kurskov, Director of Information and Communications Technologies Department

Mr. Dmitry Kurskov is responsible for the company’s IT-infrastructure support, planning and development. He joined ScienceSoft back in 1997 and made his career in the company starting from a system administrator and reaching the position of the ICT Department Director.

Mr. Kurskov graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in Computer Systems and Networks.
