Customer: Verysell-6 [Russia] is a large consulting company.

Challenge: Verysell-6 specializes in supplying trading networks with IT solutions. They faced the challenge of buyers keeping the data about goods and collections inconsistently in different formats. This caused the following problems:

• Buyers spend plenty of time creating and reconciling collections;
• AUCHAN Network suffers losses due to absence of standardized forms and mistakes in entering data about PCB, prices and amounts;
• Data dissociation does not allow gathering and processing statistics effectively;
• Absence of centralized goods accounting system does not allow reconciling volumes of purchase, purchasing price and item price for collection goods effectively;
• Segment Managers are not able to calculate their selling budgets and margin at the time of presentation of the collection.

Solution: ScienceSoft's team designed an informational system for goods collections management of Central Procurement Department.

Results: Implementation of Collection Management System (ColMS) helps solve buyers' problems by allowing Buyers and Segment Managers to work with goods and collections in a centralized way.
